Edwin DeJesus
Edwin DeJesus, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed School Counselor, and a Licensed Professional Educator(“Teacher of the Year” (2000) with over 30 years of experience equipping teens. Mr. DeJesus was also a men’s group(s) leader, 3rd degree black belt, former Karate instructor, MMA trainer, coach, and advisor. Mr. Dejesus’s most cherished credential though is being a Dad to 3 beautiful children. Mr. Dejesus has worked with teens in various areas of “Growth-Mindset” development.
Inspired by the leadership development seminars given by his Pastor, Mr. DeJesus developed and founded the Man-Up Leadership Program and STRENGTH Women’s Empowerment programs for schools. These programs were a multifaceted, holistic approach (mind-body-spirit) to student development, for middle school, high school, and college-bound students. The founding principles learned in this program, on how to become “courageous” people are essential to all leaders.
